Confidential search process
Sensitive leadership searches run without disclosing the property until a candidate is shortlisted and has agreed to proceed.

Hotel Management
A General Manager or department head search carries commercial sensitivity that front-line hiring does not. We run these searches accordingly.
Hotel management searches often need to be run confidentially — an incumbent may still be in post, ownership changes may not yet be public, or a property may not want competitors to know it is upgrading a role. We structure our process around that discretion from the first conversation.
Assessment for management roles goes beyond operational competence: we look at P&L ownership, team leadership under real pressure, owner and asset-manager relationship management, and how a candidate has actually performed against budget and guest-satisfaction targets in previous roles, verified through detailed reference conversations.
Because these hires shape a property's culture and results for years, we take longer over the shortlist than for front-line roles, presenting fewer candidates with considerably more depth of context on each.

P&L ownership, owner relationships and performance against budget are assessed through detailed references.
Leadership shortlists are smaller and more thoroughly documented than front-line shortlists.
