Candidate Privacy Notice
What happens to your profile after you register with AVYORA GLOBAL — in plain language.
1. Why this notice exists
Candidates share more sensitive information than any other group we work with. This notice explains exactly what happens to a candidate profile once it reaches us.
2. What we collect from candidates
Identity and contact details, country of residence, hospitality experience and department, current or most recent role, language levels, availability, salary expectations, links you provide (CV URL, LinkedIn) and any notes from our screening conversations.
We do not ask for identity documents, financial data or medical information to register a profile.
3. Consent before presentation
Your profile is presented to a specific employer for a specific role only after you agree to that presentation. We do not circulate profiles speculatively and we do not publish them.
4. Screening and references
References are contacted only with your permission and at the stage you agree to. Assessment notes are used to advise the employer on suitability and to prepare you for the interview.
5. Mobility and relocation partners
If an offer progresses and mobility support is required, the information needed for those steps may be shared with the employer's immigration or relocation specialists. Legal and immigration advice comes from those licensed specialists, not from AVYORA GLOBAL.
6. Retention and withdrawal
You can ask us to update or delete your profile at any time by emailing juan@avyoraglobal.com. Withdrawal has no cost and no penalty; we simply remove you from active consideration.
7. Never a fee
AVYORA GLOBAL is paid by employers. No candidate is ever asked to pay for registration, screening, interviews, placement, documentation or relocation coordination.
We never guarantee employment or visas, and we never publish vacancies that do not exist. If anyone contacts you asking for payment in our name, report it to juan@avyoraglobal.com.
