Model-specific screening
All-inclusive volume operations and boutique/adults-only properties are staffed and screened differently.

Caribbean
All-inclusive volume and boutique intimacy require different service teams. We source for both, with a Spanish-speaking talent advantage built in.
Caribbean hospitality spans two very different operating models: large all-inclusive resorts running high guest-to-staff ratios across multiple outlets, and smaller boutique or adults-only properties where personalised service and staff continuity matter more than volume. Sourcing for one does not prepare a candidate for the other, so we brief and screen against the specific model.
A meaningful share of our candidate pool is Spanish-speaking, drawn from Latin American resort markets that already operate at international standards. For Caribbean properties serving Spanish-speaking guests from Latin America or Spain, this is a direct commercial advantage — it also means many candidates are already accustomed to tropical, seasonal and on-property-living conditions similar to Caribbean postings.
We screen for stamina and consistency as much as technical skill: Caribbean resort seasons run long, guest volume is unforgiving, and turnover is often driven by unrealistic expectations set at hiring rather than by the work itself. We aim to set those expectations correctly before an offer is made.

Candidates fluent in Spanish add direct value for guests from Latin America and Spain.
Seasonal patterns, on-property living and guest volume are explained plainly before an offer, reducing early attrition.
